George Moore  has published poems with The Atlantic Monthly, Poetry, North American Review, Orion, Chelsea, Colorado Review, Nimrod, Meridian, and elsewhere.  His third book of poems, Headhunting (Edwin Mellen) appeared in 2002. He also has an eBook available until recently, All Night Card Game in the Back Room of Time (DPP Publishing, 2006) and a CD, Tree in the Wall (CDchapbooks.com, 2006). His work has been a finalist for the Richard Snyder Memorial Prize from Ashland Poetry Press, the National Poetry Series, the Brittingham Poetry Award, and the Anhinga Poetry Prize, and has recently been nominated for Best of the Web and the Pushcart Prize. He teaches writing and literature with the University of Colorado, Boulder.
